Adele is a Data Analyst with a background in operations management. She specializes in Clarity Human Services software and Continuum of Care operations. Previously a Technical Support Analyst, she became a subject matter expert and played a key role in customer service. As a Data Analyst, Adele focuses on analyzing, writing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decisions. She is proficient in providing insights and reports that drive strategic growth. Adele has seven years of operations management experience, two years in data analysis, and an Associate of Science degree. Her expertise in data-driven solutions makes her an invaluable member of our team.

As a Project Manager on the Professional Services team, Scott brings over five years of experience in Coordinated Entry implementation and leadership and prior experience working in direct service and advocacy. Most recently, Scott served as the Coordinated Entry Manager for the Detroit CoC, where he oversaw the development and expansion of the Coordinated Entry System through a transition to new community implementing partners. Additionally, Scott previously led a team responsible for Detroit’s Coordinated Entry referral management, data reporting, and By-Name List work. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Scott has his Bachelor of Arts in Global Development from Seattle Pacific University.
