Where is Clarity Connect Happening? The conference will be held at the Sahara Conference Center. The Conference Center on level 2 and can be accessed via the esclators. 2. When is Registration? Registration and breakfast are between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. at the top of the escalators. 3. What is the agenda? Our three-day conference agenda will include a mix of sessions, hands-on workshops and plenary sessions. You can find the agenda-at-a-glance above on this site. 4. What should I bring to the sessions? Besides your wonderful self, we recommend you bring your laptop, charger, and a sweater just in case it gets chilly in the conference rooms. Water and complimentary tea, coffee and snacks will be provided. 5. Are you recording the sessions? Yes. All of the sessions will be recorded and made available to you after the conference. 6. Will you send us the slides? Yes! We’ll make those available after the conference as well. 7. Are you feeding us? Absolutely! We’ll feed you breakfast, lunch, snacks, and make sure you are well caffeinated and hydrated. We'll also have lots of delicious apps at the Tuesday happy hour. If there are any allergies or food restrictions please note them in your ticket purchase form. 8. What’s the hashtag? Use #ClarityConnect to share your insights and key learnings on your social media. 9. What should I wear? Feel free to err on the side of comfort! And layer up in case the venue gets a bit chilly. Vegas weather norms for September are highs in the 96F and lows of 57F. 10. Can I use ESG or CoC funds to attend? Clarity Connect 2024 is a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) training provided by an HMIS vendor. HUD has determined that it would be an eligible HMIS training cost for ESG and CoC program grantees to attend an HMIS system administrator training conducted by an HMIS vendor [(source.)](https://www.hudexchange.info/program-support/my-question/?askaquestionaction=public%3Amain.answer&key=563CB220-7BE5-4CC1-9C7C4D22044D92E6). 11.
