As a Product Manager on the Engineering Team, Danielle implements and maintains the QA process, in addition to providing general support, for development project initiatives, sprint releases, and internal technology projects. Danielle also acts as a liaison between the Operations, Database, and Development teams to ensure project and system requirements are met and timelines are maintained. Danielle has worked in social services, specifically homeless/housing services, since 2009. Her roles have included data analysis for program planning, as well as program management and supervision. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Global Studies and a minor in Human Rights. She also holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Nonprofit and Association Management and a Graduate Certificate in Sociology.
