As a Project Manager on the Professional Services team, Maegan leads various projects and initiatives to help our communities meet their goals around ending homelessness. She has been in the homelessness field since 2015 and worked with the SSVF program in Austin, followed by extensive experience in North Carolina. As the CoC Lead in NC-506, she designed and implemented the Coordinated Entry System creating valuable data for tracking and outcomes the region had not had before. Maegan also created an open HMIS for better coordination and sharing among agencies and the first-ever CoC Board and governance structure for NC-506 to increase sufficient and adhere to HEARTH Act regulations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Public Health.
