Knowledge and Training Engineer

As Knowledge & Training Engineer, Margie is key to the development of Bitfocus customer communication and is responsible for creating and maintaining get.clarityhs.help and Bitfocus Academy content. As an HMIS Subject Matter Expert (SME), Margie understands the needs of our customers. Her 10+ years of HMIS experience includes roles such as CoC Program Coordinator, 211 Crisis Counselor, Information and Referral Specialist, and HMIS Administrator. Needless to say, this extensive experience ensures she is ready to tackle the most difficult projects for the Learning and Development Team. Margie is key to ensuring our Help Center content is up to date and oversees customer utilization, as well as updating the Help Center with all changes to the Clarity Human Services software. Margie’s unique skill set is helpful in leading training initiatives for the Learning and Development team. Additionally, she helps to facilitate projects for other Bitfocus teams and is key to customer communication surrounding new feature enhancements. Margie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
