Nayla McCarty is one of our Customer Success Project Managers at Bitfocus, and her background involves working in and with the Health and Human Service communities, including CoC and HMIS Leads. Her work in this industry began in 2008, and she has experience in implementation, configuration, maintenance and training of HMIS, I&R, and CRM databases. Most of her focus has been in HMIS implementations and building the “business puzzle.” Business analysis, along with policy research and standardization application, is one of Nayla’s strongest traits. She likes figuring out business needs and applying solutions that work. She truly values the work being done in the communities to help the most vulnerable, and her heart is directed to helping service providers do their job more efficiently through technology. Nayla is a United States Air Force Veteran and holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Graduate Certificate degree in Management Information Systems. She lives in Jacksonville, NC, with her husband of 18 years, Phillip (a Marine Corps Veteran) and their two kiddos, Alicia and Isaiah. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
