Nora Saldivar

Deputy Project Administrator

As Deputy Project Administrator for the Nevada System Administration Team, Nora Saldivar works closely with Nevada HMIS stakeholders and end-users to identify and resolve complex business and data collection challenges through the lens of our Clarity Human Services software. Nora has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of housing and homelessness. Prior to her role at Bitfocus, Nora held the position as Coordinator of Special Projects at the City of Chicago Department of Housing to staff the Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund. She uses this breadth of knowledge and expertise to apply local and national policies, practices, and program models to the Nevada homeless response system. Nora holds a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College. As a firm believer in life-long learning as an essential part of professional and personal growth, she continues to study and expand her knowledge base in areas of interest, including consumer psychology, management processes, and meditation techniques.
