As the Data Analyst on the Data Services team, Sarah coordinates reporting needs with internal teams as well as customers by building custom and native dashboards and supporting teams on reporting projects.
Sarah has been in the human services field for over two decades. Her expertise lies in regulatory compliance, reporting, data analysis, system administration, HMIS, 211s, and other call centers. Before Bitfocus, Sarah provided HMIS Customer Support and Quality Assurance as an HMIS System Administrator for the primary CoC of Arizona and domestic violence agency administrator. Sarah has also presented and provided technical support at industry conferences.
