She is an analysis expert and works closely with partners to identify and resolve complex software and business problems. With over 10 years of experience in housing and homeless services, she has extensive knowledge of Coordinated Entry.

 About Allie Sebastian

As a project manager on the Professional Services team, Allie brings 9 years of experience working in homeless services. Allie has supervised projects such as: Homeless Emergency Shelter, VA- Grant Per Diem Units, Human Trafficking Unit, Women and Children’s Transitional Living Facility, Permanent Supportive Housing Projects. Allie also has 4 years in grant and contract management where she managed over 9 million dollars in city, county, state, and federal funding for Hillsborough County and the Lead Continuum of Care. Allie also spearheaded the implementation of a new Coordinated Entry System for Tampa/Hillsborough County. Along with her professional experiences, Allie also has a Master of Social Work Degree, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Allie is passionate about people, mental health, and putting an end to homelessness.
