This session builds on previous conversations started in the Planning for Outreach in Your Community session. Once your community has planned for Outreach, it’s time to design workflows for using it. In this session our experts guide you through workflows, implementation strategies, and reporting infrastructure that can help your community assess and prioritize encampments ultimately improving the efficiency of unsheltered initiatives.

Her work involves improving community engagement with Clarity Human Services and introducing new technologies. Marti is notable for her expertise in Outreach and the Customer Portal, which significantly contributed to their launch and helped communities enhance their response systems to homelessness.Her experience spans over a decade in various aspects of homeless services, making her a versatile and knowledgeable leader. In addition to her professional achievements, Marti is an effective public speaker, adept at conveying complex ideas and advocating for systemic change to diverse audiences. Her efforts in collaboration with Continuums of Care and different-sized communities showcase her ability to scale solutions effectively.With a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Belmont University, Marti combines her academic background with her extensive field experience to drive impactful initiatives and inspire others in the fight against homelessness.
