With over three years of experience on the Business Development team, Francesca has successfully supported Continuums of Care (CoCs), agencies, and Victim Service Providers (VSPs) in transitioning to Bitfocus software, empowering them to leverage innovative tools to address homelessness effectively. She is known for building authentic, collaborative relationships with clients through consultations, demos, and conferences. She has a background in customer service, non-profit organizations, and media. Holding a Bachelor’s in Public Communications with a minor in Sociology, Francesca is deeply committed to understanding people and communities to help create positive, lasting change.
