As a Solution Consultant on the Business Development team, Francesca works with our customers to interpret their goals and help them understand how Bitfocus' products and services can meet their needs. Francesca has extensive experience in customer service and as a Digital Director. In her role as Digital Director, she developed plans that resulted in a 400% increase in community engagement and has consulted with clients to create solutions and promote understanding. She has her Bachelor's in Public Communications and a minor in Sociology.
