Data Integration Manager

As the Data Integration Manager on the Data Services team, John leads the team that obtains, analyzes, transforms, and loads data from client file extracts into Clarity Human Services. He works closely with clients as well as internal Bitfocus staff to resolve issues and discrepancies in data.
John has been in the human services field since 2018. His expertise lies in data reporting, analysis, privacy and security, migration and integration, and customer service. Before Bitfocus, he worked for Omaha Public Schools in the Migrant Education Program, where he maintained data within Migrant Information Systems, ensured data quality and integrity, and formatted reports for leadership. John is also fluent in Spanish and provided in-classroom support to migrant students and technical support to Spanish-speaking families during his tenure at the Migrant Education Program.
