Kat Jacobs-Crotta

Project Manager

As a project manager on the Professional Services team, Kat brings over five years of experience managing, monitoring, and evaluating complex projects and programs. She also brings over seven years of experience in the homelessness and affordable housing sectors. Most recently, Kat worked with the Built for Zero Team at Community Solutions to set up project management infrastructure for their Strategy & Evaluation and Data & Technology portfolios. Additionally, she worked with the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness to set up policies and infrastructure that resulted in decreased wait times for Coordinated Entry Assessments from two weeks to two days and an almost 300% increase in the number of people experiencing chronic homelessness who were housed between 2020 and 2021. She graduated from Florida State University in 2014 with a Master's of Social Work.
