Keywa is a seasoned communications professional passionate about delivering creative, effective, innovative, and measurable communications solutions. She has extensive experience working with the Orange County Government in Florida and the State of South Carolina. Her experience includes leading communications and public relations to improved measurable outcomes and leading agency collaboration to improve communications and offerings to target audiences. Keywa brings a broad range of expertise in internal and external communications, ranging from strategic planning and branding strategy to publications and event planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, both from the University of South Carolina.
