Customer Reference Program
Bitfocus prides itself on offering a solution that’s focused on people.
Now, we’re adding a human touch to the search process with our Bitfocus Customer Reference Program.
Be a Resource for Users Like Yourself
Searching for a new human services platform can be tricky.
Demos, conducting research, and asking questions are all valuable steps of the process, but there’s only so much communities can learn in front of a screen.
How do they really know if a software solution is the right fit for them?
Well, it helps to talk with someone from a similar community who actively leverages the solution in question.
That’s where you come in.
By applying for the Customer Reference Program, you can serve as an important resource for communities transitioning to a new HMIS or case management tool, or tasked with implementing one.

Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Apply
Submit an application and indicate your preferred level of participation:
- Provide a one-time, written testimonial; and/or
- Available by phone; and/or
- Available by email.
Step 2: Review
Bitfocus will review your application. Once approved, we'll provide guidance on how to actively participate in the Customer Reference Program.
Step 3: Connect
When inquiries come in, Bitfocus will connect the interested party to existing customers that fit a similar profile—that could be you.
Step 4: Converse
Once connected, chat about all things Clarity Human Services through your preferred means of communication, providing honest feedback to the community or agency can use to make an informed decision.
