As a Project Manager on the Professional Services team, Amy brings nearly a decade of experience leading complex initiatives at CoC/HMIS lead agencies in Indianapolis and Philadelphia. Before moving into systems-level work, she spent several years supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through direct service, grounding her work in a client-centered approach. Prior to joining Bitfocus, Amy was a Senior Project Manager at the City of Philadelphia's Office of Homeless Services. During her time there, she led high-impact projects including the transition from Philadelphia's legacy system to Clarity Human Services, as well as the development of a new strategic plan for the CoC. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University. She is looking forward to helping communities leverage HMIS to strengthen systems and improve outcomes for the individuals and families they serve.
