As a Community Administration Specialist on the Community Administration Team, Ashley brings to Bitfocus several years of experience in system administration and customer support for homeless services in Sacramento and Yolo Counties using Clarity Human Services HMIS. Most recently, she led process improvements through software solutions that streamlined HMIS agency onboarding and ticket requests.

Ashley has also supported communities with federal reporting requirements, including APRs and other HUD-mandated submissions. She values collaboration and clarity, and enjoys developing tools and processes that make HMIS more accessible and efficient for all users.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Point Loma Nazarene University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Systems at the University of Nevada, Reno.
