As an eLearning and Training Engineer on the Learning & Development team at Bitfocus, Demion is responsible for the full lifecycle of training materials, from scripting and recording to editing and publishing. He is the L&D team's subject matter expert in editing software, our primary facilitator for live and web-based training events, and the technical administration of our Learning Management System. His ultimate goal is to foster engaging learning experiences for both internal teams and external customers. 

Before joining Bitfocus, Demion was a Group Sales Trainer at Ameritas. He holds a Bachelor of Education from Union Adventist University.
