In his role, Eric works to improve analytics processes, strengthen reporting workflows, and support teams in moving from reactive reporting toward more proactive, data-driven decision making.

Eric brings more than a decade of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and operational reporting. Throughout his career he has partnered with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, improve reporting systems, and translate complex data into information leaders can use to make better decisions. Prior to joining Bitfocus, Eric worked in analytics leadership roles supporting large operational teams in the renewable energy sector.

Eric holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics, and is passionate about building structured, sustainable analytics practices that help organizations use data to solve real operational challenges.
