Professional Services Manager

As a Professional Services Manager on the Professional Services team, Grant brings nearly five years experience of CoC leadership working on managing projects for the lead CoC/HMIS agency in Memphis, TN. Most recently, during his time as the Continuum of Care Planning Director at Community Alliance for the Homeless, Grant was a pivotal part of securing CoC consolidated community grants for local homelessness assistance as well as securing new funding to address youth homelessness through HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). Additionally, Grant led a team that assisted over fifty partner agencies and service providers throughout the Memphis area and participated in the oversight and planning of the Memphis/Shelby County Continuum of Care. Along with his incredible professional experiences, Grant also has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and History from Rhodes College. Grant is looking forward to leveraging his years of experience and education to partner with Bitfocus customers, enabling all to achieve success through efficient, solutions-oriented project management.
