Senior Product Operations Manager

As Senior Product Operations Manager, Kerri manages the processes and workflows within the Product team and helps shape the strategic direction of the Clarity Human Services product. With Bitfocus since 2016, Kerri has deep subject matter expertise around Clarity Human Services features and functionality and the business processes that it supports. Before joining Bitfocus, Kerri served as an HMIS System Administrator and Planner for County HMIS lead / CoC in Pennsylvania for several years. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Widener University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology with a minor in Leadership from the University of Delaware.
