Manjit is our Technical Support Manager. As a subject matter expert in both Clarity Human Services and CoC operations, Manjit serves as a front-line contact to resolve customer inquiries. She has served on Bitfocus's Helpdesk team as a senior analyst for the last six years. With previous experience as an HMIS system administrator, Manjit ensures Bitfocus customers have the resources they need to maintain compliance with federal and local objectives. As a long-time previous end-user of Clarity Human Services, Manjit is particularly adept at system configuration, helping customers to tailor Clarity Human Services to meet their local objectives. She also provides customers with insight into their data through reporting and data analytics. Manjit has over 18 years of experience working with CoC operational management and over 10 years of experience monitoring agency-wide HMIS in a fast-paced work environment using Clarity Human Services. This experience has made her an invaluable resource to Clarity Human Services customers, as she has personally been responsible for ensuring system compliance with federal and local requirements, policies, procedures and regulations. Manjit has assisted with NOFA reporting, Point In Time Count and Coordinated Entry (implementing in HMIS, training, and evaluating) processes. This hands-on experience makes Manjit particularly adept at listening to customer needs and delivering optimally-designed solutions. Manjit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Studies from California State University with concentrations in Community Health Education and Occupational Health and Safety.
