As a Product Manager on the Product Team at Bitfocus, Margo brings over 8 years of experience working at the intersection of design, development, and strategy. She previously built and scaled the product function at a startup and has supported the launch of over 20 early-stage ventures in the venture capital space.
Margo began her career in Customer Success, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding user needs - an approach she continues to bring to her product work today. She is particularly focused on using data to inform decisions and create intuitive, impactful user experiences.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Tulane University and has served as an assistant instructor for a data analytics course at General Assembly. She is known for bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving environments, ensuring teams stay aligned while building products users actually need.
