Professional Services Manager

As a Professional Services Manager on our Professional Services team, Marti leads complex projects and a team of project managers dedicated to using technology and data to end homelessness. Marti is passionate about working with our communities to expand their use of Clarity Human Services and implement new technologies. She is a subject matter expert in Outreach and the Customer Portal. She has been instrumental in rolling these new products out and helping communities maximize the impact on their homeless response systems. Marti brings over ten years of experience in homeless services in various roles, including direct service, program management, and system administration. She has worked with and for Continuums of Care and communities large and small, and has vast experience bringing evidence-based solutions to scale. Marti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Belmont University.
