Meghan is the Senior People Operations Generalist at Bitfocus, where she is dedicated to shaping processes and programs across the employee journey that help employees feel supported and empowered to achieve both individual and organizational goals. She brings over six years of HR experience in growing, mission-driven organizations, with expertise in onboarding, performance management, talent development, and DEI. Meghan is especially passionate about building inclusive and equitable workplaces where every employee has the tools and support to thrive. She earned her B.S. in Human Resource Management from Trinity University, with minors in Economics and Teaching, and also holds a SHRM-CP certification.
