Senior Data Analyst

Michael is a Senior Data Analyst on the Data Services team.  While working as a Bitfocus System Administrator, Michael became a subject matter expert on Clarity Human Services with a specialty in configuring complex data pulls.  Michael works closely with customers, stakeholders, and across Bitfocus teams to make recommendations on potential areas of improvement based on analysis of data and system performance. Michael has extensive experience in Process Optimization and Production Management, working in roles that require the ability to balance data analytics with asset and resource management to optimize throughput without sacrificing product quality. Similar to HMIS, these roles required the ability to maximize process efficiency utilizing the available data. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.
