As the Principal Solutions Architect, Min provides additional strategic capacity to existing teams to support Bitfocus customer and internal priorities. Min is a skilled partner in identifying and solving problems through listening effectively, developing strategic approaches, and aligning structure and process to empower individuals and teams to achieve. Before joining Bitfocus, Min spent 12 years with Gartner Consulting and 7 years working in the nonprofit sector. Min holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
