As a Deputy Project Administrator on the Community Administration team, Jimisha (Misha) brings over 10 years of experience in social services that include social work, program management, and contract administration. Jimisha has a long history of developing and restructuring services for Bay Area cities and counties to provide equitable and client-centered care. Most recently, Jimisha held a regional leadership role at an East Bay nonprofit and played a pivotal role in launching multiple social service programs and managing the full scope of services for unhoused community members in three Bay Area counties. Jimisha is known for creating innovative ways to provide services for community members, such as securing additional funding for clients’ fur family members and creating wraparound services that provide workforce, housing, and wellness services. In addition to her experience in social services and leadership, Jimisha holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from CSU East Bay. Jimisha is eager to leverage her educational background and experience to partner with colleagues and provide support to organizations and communities served.
