Paul Devencenzi

Deputy Project Administrator

As a Deputy Community Administrator on the Community Administration Team, Paul brings over eight years of experience in non-profit management and direct service to disabled and homeless people in both Oregon and California. Before joining Bitfocus, Paul was a Manager of Housing Navigation for Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco. He provided leadership, direction, and supervision for the staff housing navigators who placed chronically homeless people into permanent supportive housing. Paul oversaw a lease-up project that placed 150 people into permanent housing within two months. Paul was the lead manager on all move-ins for six housing providers, orchestrated all walk-in and front desk services, and was responsible for data organization and reporting for the team. Paul graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business.
