As the Founder and CEO of Bitfocus, Rob directs the company's mission to develop user-centric technology solutions and professional services that support national efforts for positive social change. He has dedicated over 20 years to software engineering, with 16 focused on designing human services data systems and professional services. In 2003, Rob established Bitfocus as an HMIS System Administration firm. Recognizing the limitations of existing human services software, he led the development of Clarity Human Services, building it from the ground up. By applying their HMIS System Administration expertise, the initial version was meticulously crafted and continuously refined into the sophisticated and powerful industry leader it is today.

Rob's blend of technical and practical experience has enabled him to build a company that integrates ideas, technology, and services to assist communities in establishing more collaborative, effective, and efficient systems of care. Bitfocus, mirroring his approach, embraces innovation and seeks opportunities to leverage creativity, expertise, and talent to provide unique solutions. His professional contributions are guided by three core principles:
