As a Product Manager on the Product Team, Tyler brings over a decade of experience leading technology-driven initiatives at the intersection of healthcare, public health, and housing justice. He is deeply committed to leveraging data systems and human-centered design principles to strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes for vulnerable communities. Before joining Bitfocus, Tyler served as a Project Manager at a tech startup, where he led delivery operations for AI-powered predictive modeling tools that supported communities in identifying and replacing lead water lines. He also held several roles at Community Solutions, managing data integration projects and implementing homelessness prevention strategies across multiple communities nationwide. Tyler began his career in direct services at an SSVF program in Washington, D.C., where he used HMIS as a case manager and was later promoted to team lead. With hands-on experience as both an HMIS user and systems strategist, Tyler is excited to help continue evolve HMIS into a more intuitive and impactful platform for communities across the country.
