For years, communities have used Clarity to manage referrals and connect people to housing. With this release, Coordinated Entry moves into the new Clarity interface, bringing the same tools into a simpler, faster space built for daily work.
Now, assessors, matchmakers, providers, and admins can do everything from one place. Eligibility, referrals, and queue management all share one consistent layout that feels easier to learn and quicker to move through.
You’ll see it the first time you log in—fewer clicks, clearer context, and a workflow that finally keeps up with the work itself.
What’s New in the November Release
Coordinated Entry in the New Interface
Coordinated Entry now runs in the new Clarity interface. Eligibility Determination, Referrals, and Community Queues all live together in one workspace with the same clean design used across Clarity.
Staff can move through Coordinated Entry work in one place instead of bouncing between systems. The experience feels faster, steadier, and easier to trust.

Login Defaults for the New Interface
Users who have the new interface enabled will now land there automatically when they log in. Everyone else will keep using Classic until they decide to switch.
This change keeps things simple while giving teams control over when to move to the new workspace.
Smarter Sorting, Filtering, and Views
Tables across Coordinated Entry now include advanced filters, multi-column sorting, and a customizable column selector. Staff can save their preferred setups and return to them anytime.
The result: less time hunting for records, more time matching people to open housing.
Choose the data that matters most and save views for faster daily work.
Referral History and Linked Enrollments
Referral histories now appear directly on the client record, and new enrollments automatically link back to the referrals that started them.
No digging, no cross-checking, no missing context. It’s all visible, accurate, and ready when you need it.
Referral history now appears where staff need it most.
How Each Role Benefits
For Assessors
Assessors can finally do everything in one place — eligibility checks, referrals, and queue updates — without hopping between screens. It’s faster to move through a client conversation, easier to stay focused, and simpler to train new staff.
For Matchmakers
The Community Queue now works the way matchmakers always wanted. Filters stack, sorts stick, and saved views bring you right back to where you left off. You can get to the right client list in seconds instead of starting from scratch.
Smarter filtering and saved views help matchmakers move people into housing faster.
For Providers
Providers see all pending, accepted, and denied referrals in one list. Default filters surface what’s active first, so teams can focus on real work instead of re-filtering data. Fewer tabs, cleaner defaults, and automatic referral linking make it easier to follow each client from referral to move-in.
One list, clearer statuses, and fewer clicks for providers.
For Admins
Admins get complete visibility into Coordinated Entry from the new interface. It’s easier to track data quality, support users, and see how referrals move through the system. With consistent layouts and reliable linking, teams spend less time troubleshooting and more time improving outcomes.
Admins gain full oversight of CE activity in one interface.
Cleaner Data and Safer Defaults
The new interface makes it easier to trust what you see. Referral links stay connected during enrollment, and histories are visible on the client record. That means fewer unlinking mistakes, cleaner data, and less time spent fixing errors after the fact.
These changes add up to a calmer workflow. Consistent layouts and safer defaults reduce guesswork, so teams can focus on helping people instead of double-checking data. It’s a quiet improvement with a big payoff — better accuracy across the board.
Linked enrollments and visible referral histories make data easier to trust.
Field-Ready Experience
The new interface travels well. Assessors can complete eligibility checks and referrals on tablets or shared devices, whether they’re in a shelter, a van, or at a client meeting.
Every screen adapts cleanly. Forms are easy to tap through, and the right buttons stay in view. The work moves with you instead of slowing you down.
Assessors can complete Coordinated Entry workflows in the field using mobile-friendly screens.
